We begin by diving deep into the constellation work, where old emotions, suppressed parts, and inner dynamics can become visible. Then, with Energy Clearing, I gently release these energies from your body, helping you feel lighter, freer, and more balanced.
Finally, the Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls brings your nervous system into harmony, calming body and mind. You leave feeling grounded, restored, and safe, with a renewed sense of clarity and inner alignment.
